OVERVIEW: This webinar will update providers on the latest Medicare legislative and proposed regulatory changes under consideration by both Congress and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for FY 2025 and beyond and provide a forum to address Medicare and managed care reimbursement and audit issues.

The presenters will analyze the 2025 Outpatient Prospective Payment System rule and will update providers on the latest Medicare legislative and proposed regulatory changes under consideration by both Congress and the Administration for FY 2025 and beyond. They will also provide a forum to address Medicare reimbursement and audit issues.

Session #3: Navigating the Landscape – Trends and Challenges with Managed Care;

12p.m. - 1:15 p.m.
The presenters will cover several important managed care topics, including site of service trends and reimbursement impact; provider and payer payment disputes related to claim denials and reimbursement reductions; how to become “decision ready” using analytics in managed care contracting; and market trends in Medicare Advantage reimbursement and denials. The session will wrap up with an open discussion on emerging issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Individuals who cancel more than seven business days prior to a scheduled event will be charged a cancellation fee of $40 per person unless the webinar is complimentary. Written notice of the cancellation must be emailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within seven business days of the event or for no-shows. 

SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Registrants who are unable to participate in an LHA educational event are permitted and encouraged to have an eligible substitute; however, written notice of the substitution must be emailed to [email protected] at least seven business days in advance of the event. The substitution option is not available if written notification is received by the LHA less than seven business days before the scheduled program.
